Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms cover your use of LoadWolf. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What LoadWolf is
LoadWolf is software for carriers: it helps you match loads to your trucks, estimate what a load is worth, prepare and track bids, and follow a load through dispatch.
LoadWolf is not a freight broker, a carrier or a dispatch service. We do not arrange transportation, negotiate on your behalf, guarantee that any load, rate or broker is available, or guarantee that a broker will pay you. Every decision to bid on, accept or haul a load is yours.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and using LoadWolf for your business.
- Keep your sign-in details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Your data
The trucks, loads, bids, brokers and other information you put into LoadWolf belong to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to use the data you enter or import, including load information that comes from load boards or brokers under their own terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use LoadWolf to break the law or transportation regulations.
- Do not import or redistribute data you are not allowed to use, such as load-board data outside that board's terms.
- Do not try to access other accounts, probe or overload the service, or get around its security limits.
- Do not resell access to LoadWolf without our written agreement.
5. Estimates are estimates
Match scores, profit, fuel and cost figures are calculated from the assumptions you set and the data available. They are there to help you decide, not a promise of what a load will earn. Check the numbers that matter before you commit.
6. Beta, plans and billing
LoadWolf is in open beta and currently free to use. Features may change, and there may be bugs.
When paid plans start, the prices will be the ones on the pricing page. We will email you before any charge. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial that does not need a card. Subscriptions renew each month or year until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
We do not take a commission or a per-load fee. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you. The first 100 accounts keep their founding-member price while their subscription stays active.
7. Services from other companies
Some features use other companies' services, for example your email provider if you connect it. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using LoadWolf at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and let you export your data.
9. No warranty
LoadWolf is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, LoadWolf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost loads, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you have paid nothing.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. For a material change we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use LoadWolf after that means you accept the updated terms.
