What a fleet pays

Monthly billing. Annual billing is 20% less.

TrucksPlanPer monthPer truck
1Free$0free
2Solo$19$9.50
5Fleet$39$7.80
8Fleet$39$4.88
15Fleet$102$6.80
25Fleet$192$7.68

For comparison: a dispatch service typically keeps 5–10% of each load. On a truck grossing $20,000 a month that is $1,000–$2,000 every month, for one truck.

Questions

Is LoadWolf free right now?
Yes. While LoadWolf is in open beta every plan is free to use. Before paid plans start we will email you, and every paid plan begins with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
What is a founding member?
The first 100 accounts keep the prices on this page for as long as their subscription stays active, even if list prices go up later.
Do you take a percentage of my loads?
No. There is no commission and no per-load fee on any plan. You pay for the software, and every dollar of the load stays yours.
Is there a dispatcher who books loads for me?
No. LoadWolf is software you run yourself: it finds, scores and ranks loads for each truck and prepares the bid, and you decide what to send.
Where do loads come from?
Today you enter loads yourself or send them in through the API or webhook. Email and load-board connections are on the roadmap; LoadWolf never scrapes load boards.
Which equipment is supported?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, tanker, box truck, sprinter van and cargo van.
